Since I moved to California with my family we've started building some new traditions for the Holidays. Halloween is personally my favorite Holiday and one tradition we've done for the past few years is we head over to our favorite bakery in California "Big Sugar Bakeshop" to pick up some amazing Halloween treats!
I love the look and feel of this bakery/shop! It always feels so inviting and it gives you sense of always feeling welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They welcome all their customers to have free coffee and samples as soon as you come in! The customer service is fantastic.
They make the most amazing Halloween baked goods I've ever seen. Honestly, their creations are works of art. Their new Frankenstein mini cake is a perfect example of just some of the amazing creations they are able to make and offer.
Big Sugar Bakeshop has been the go-to bakery in Studio City California since December 2006. This amazing bakery makes everything fresh from scratch (daily) using top quality ingredients and lots of creativity and love. For this Halloween season be prepared for some of the best Halloween themed and pumpkin ingredient treats you've ever tasted.
Lisa Ritter, co-owner and co-baker at Big Sugar Bakeshop, is one of the nicest people ever and she and her team work very hard to bring these amazing treats to life. She's at the shop by 2 am each day to bake up these tasty treats with fellow co-owner and co-baker Mary Odson. This bakery is so unique as it's not only a bakery, it's a store where people can pick up a cake, a card, and a gift all in one place.
So you can imagine my joy in seeing all the great products and tasty treats they have at the Bakery/Shop for this upcoming Halloween.
This year they are offering Halloween-themed mini cupcakes...
And full-sized cupcakes with an array of spooky, fun designs.
Orange and black chocolate-dipped pretzels, skeleton and cat shaped gingerbread cookies...
My families personal favorites are their sparkling sugar shortbread pumpkins, witches' hats, and bats cookies.
They taste so incredible! They also have a delicious Moist spicy pumpkin loaves that are available by special order, as well as amazing custom Spider Web or Frankenstein cakes (like the one featured at the beginning of this post).
This custom three tiered Halloween themed cake is perfect for any large Halloween party or even a Halloween themed wedding if you'd like your special day to be filled with lots of ghoulish fun!
Along with all the custom cake and cupcake orders they do for Halloween, the shop will be featuring their popular pumpkin cupcakes with brown sugar buttercream every day during the month of October. Yummy!

These adorable Halloween party gift bags that are perfect for any Halloween party this year.
I snagged a pack of the pumpkin straws seen in this goodie bag as I was visiting the shop for my upcoming Halloween party. The package comes with pumpkin and cute black cat straws as well. They are so perfect for my Halloween party this year!
These glass reusable menu cards that are decorated with a Halloween themed bow and button in the pic bellow are so cleaver and perfect for your Halloween dinner parties! They come with a dry erase marker so you can write out your menu and then erase it to use for any future occasions you'd like to use it for.
They offer such a great variety of amazing products and baked goods that I can rave about them all day if you let me. There is just so much to rave about! They are always happy to assist you with anything you'd like to purchase in their store and If you need any dessert catering for everything from classroom parties to casual get-togethers and large business events this Halloween, they are happy to discuss catering as well.
